From here on in, I'm referring to womyn who were CAMAB as simply womyn, and those who were CAFAB and 'identify' as female as ciswomen. I do this in the interests of cultural feminism, and so that ciswomen can know what it's like for a tenth of a second to have a womon say, "you are not my sister. You did not go through what I went through and never will understand." Girlhood is significant, and is forever tainted by cissexually-constructed wannabes.

I get so incredibly angry when people say something as ignorant as “everywhere is a safe space for men!!!!!

This is clearly why I feel comfortable talking about my issues everywhere, because I AM A BIG STRONG MAN THAT ENFORCES PATRIARCHY RAARGH.

Yes, that’s why I heard a little voice telling me to kill myself because I felt I couldn’t talk about my problems. Because everywhere is a safe space for me!

Male rape victim: I got raped once

Other men: Was she hot? Did you like it?

Women: Men can get raped?

Feminists: I’m scared to go out at night because once another feminist lied to me with an un-backed bullshit statistic that 300/1 women will get raped. Please, tell me more about how you, a man, got raped.

Radical feminists: Kill yourself. Everyone knows men can’t get raped by other women because women don’t have penises. LYING MISOGINSTIC PIG!11 I EAT MALE TAERS 4 BRAKEFAST LELELE 3EDGY5U Y DONT U CHOP UR PENIS OFF SO U DONT ACCIDENTLY RAEP SOME1 W/ IT ELL WHAT IS RAPE BY ENVELOPMENT? WHAT IS DILDO?

Laughin’ just to keep from cryin’…

Oh for christ… no, a gender studies degree not backed by typical methods of discovery found in the humanities is not just as legitimate as other social science degrees. Sometimes I want to go back and get a doctorate just so I can be the only economist these privileged upper-middle-class white cis feminists ever experience.

Forcing expectations on girls: sexism against women.
Forcing expectations on boys: sexism against women.

forcing expectations on either gender which result in females being inferior: misogyny
That’s all this post is making clear.

Forcing expectations of a man protecting women and child is misandry.

Why does ‘protected’ mean ‘inferior’ to so many?

Because they see being protected means they are weak. But the knights protect the king, the king doesn’t protect the knights.

Those Secret Service folks must hate Obama.

Racists all of them. Even the PoC ones because it’s obviously internalized racism.
Okay the analogy doesn’t fully work because the SS are hired to do that job. But the fact still remains. Being protected does not mean your weaker, it means your though as of being more important than the person protecting you.

Okay the analogy doesn’t fully work because the SS are hired to do that job.
Oh yeah, and a romantic relationship, especially one with kids or cohabitation is in no way transactional… People who stay at home while their partner works are paid.

Europeans Grow Dissatisfied with the Inequities of the Economic System

Why the hell are you using perception and not GINI coefficient after transfers, which since 2000, is down in Britain, Greece, the Czech Republic, Poland, Italy and Spain, and up in France and Germany?
Of course, the question is not, “Is the distribution getting worse now?” since the limits of wage repression to exascerbate the gap between rich and poor are increasingly looking as though they’ve been reached (look for future income gains to be roughly proportionately shared, after the last 40 years of them were expropriated by the top percentile) but “What happened to the distribution over the last half-century, and does the current distribution reflect our values?”

Keynes, Hobson and Marx all suggest permanent remedies for the tendencies towards crisis. Keynes called on the state to maintain enough effective demand in the economy to offset the ravages of uncertainty. Hobson wanted the state to redistribute income in order to reduce the share of saving in national income. Marx’s more radical cure, as we know, was to abolish surplus value – the profit-seeking system we call capitalism – altogether.

Every time a communist tells me that there’s no answer to the accumulative nature of capitalism but abolishing it, I’m reminded we still have a state which can tax and spend. There are other ways out of Marx’ prescient and accurate diagnosis of the problems presented by surplus value, and don’t let them pretend there aren’t, just because their solution is seemingly the most simple.

Charles Payne responds to the claim that we can brush off Obama’s killing of innocent civilians (including children both American and foreign) using drones because, “it wasn’t the presidents intention to kill children”.

It’s not just the collateral damage, bad as that is. Most of these drone attacks in Pakistan are done with the absolute flimsiest of evidence. They’re literally targeting men who had a conversation with a man who had a conversation with some jihadi, even though they don’t know the content of the conversations. I wish I could say I was making that up. And oddly enough, the vast majority turn out to be civilians, or rank-and-file foot soldiers at best.

That the opening statement is in any way controversial boggles my red tory mind. New Rule: If you can’t acknowledge collateral damage and dubious targeting freely while arguing for war, you do NOT get to go to war.
